La goma xantana se puede reemplazar por psilyum o linaza molida.

- Aparte batir los huevos, con el cremor tártaro y agregar la mantequilla.
- Añadir poco a poco sin dejar de batir, los ingredientes secos.
- Ya tenemos la mezcla base. Ahora, le agregamos, la chía, las semillas y si queremos, el queso y mezclamos
- Pasamos a un molde de pan, cubierto con papel martquilla (un buen papel, yo tenía uno no muy bueno y se me pegó mucho al pan)
- Hornear a 190° grados celsius por 45 minutos.
