  18. 1/4 de ají rojo + 1/4 de ají verde
  19. 250 grs carne picada
  20. algunas hojas de albahaca y perejil
  21. 2 tazas caldo condimentos cantidad necesaria de lo que gustes

  1. Para el relleno: Lavar las hojas de acelga y ponerlas a hervir en una cacerola con tapa con poca agua y sal.
  2. Cuando está todo marcado agregar el puré de tomate con el resto de los condimentos y las tazas de caldo. Tapar y poner el fuego en mínimo.
  4. Hora de hacer los Creps! poner en un bols las harinas y agregar poco a poco la leche sin dejar de batir para que no se formen grumos, agregar los tres huevos y el aceite. Si lo desean pueden salpimentar. La masa tiene que quedar espesa pero manejable, calentar una sartén teflonada de 20cm de diámetro aproximadamente. y comenzar a prepararlos, la medida justa para que no queden gruesos, es medio cucharón. Salen 20 creps aproximadamente.
  5. Una vez que tengan todo listo el proceso de armado es el siguiente: colocan en una fuente para horno dos cucharones de salsa de tomate y en cada crep colocan dos cucharadas de relleno y forman el rollito. Cuando tengan todos los creps acomodados agregarles más salsa, rociarlos con crema y queso rallado. Ponerlos a calentar en el horno y buen apetito!!!!!
