- En una cazuela con un poco de aceite, disponemos las cascaras de las gambas/langostinos. Pasados unos minutos cambiaran de color, removiendo para que suelten todo el sabor y añadimos un vaso de leche, dejándola infusionar.
- En un recipiente de batidora, añadimos la harina, la mantequilla, las especias, sal y pimienta, y el caldo infusionado anterior y por último los dos huevos, procediendo a batir.

Añadimos un vaso de nata de cocinar y posteriormente poco a poco un vaso de leche (obteniendo una ligera bechamel).
- Cortamos los cuerpos de las gambas/langostinos en trozos pequeños, haciendo lo mismo con el bacalao y se lo agregamos a nuestra cazuela, cocinando unos 8 minutos (tienen que cambiar de color las gambas/langostinos y el bacalao en ese tiempo se haya cocinado). En ese tiempo la bechamel también ha tenido que espesar un poco.
