- 500 ml leche de almendras
- 160 gr harina de trigo
- 2 huevos
- 1 cucharada aceite
- 1 pizca sal

- 1 cucharada y media de harina de trigo
- Sal
- Pimienta
- Nuez moscada
- Salsa de soja
- 75 gr mantequilla
- 1/2 cebolla en julianas
- Albahaca
- Laurel
- Para la pechuga
- 1 pechuga grande en julianas
- 1 cebolla en julianas
- 6 dientes ajo triturados
- Vinagre
- 1 Limón
- 1/2 cucharadita Tomillo
- 1/2 cucharadita Albahaca
- Mostaza
- 1 cucharada Salsa inglesa
- 1/2 cucharadita laurel
- al gusto Sal
- Pimienta
- 125 gr jamón pietran en julianas
- 1/2 cucharadita canela
Instructions to make to make Crepes sorpresa
- Para los crepes en una licuadora añade la leche de almendras, los huevos, la sal, el aceite y la harina de trigo, licúa.



- Calienta una sartén antiadherente y por porciones vacía la mezcla, a fuego medio, cuando los bordes estén desprendidos le das vuelta. Sacas y vas reservando.

- Para la salsa bechamel, primero licúa la leche de almendras con la harina (reservamos) luego calientas un sartén y le agregas la mantequilla y la cebolla, la albahaca y el laurel, cuando la cebolla esté transparente agregas la leche con la harina que habias licuado con antelación resuelves y agregamos la nuez moscada, la pimienta, la sal y la salsa de soja revolviendo hasta que espese.



- La salsa se tapa con un papel film y se reserva

- La pechuga en julianas se lava con vinagre, luego sazonamos con el ajo, limón, tomillo, laurel, albahaca, salsa inglesa, mostaza, pimienta y sal. Se rebanada el jamón y reservamos.



- Se calienta un sartén y se añade un poco de aceite, luego se agrega la pechuga y la cebolla y se deja sofreír, luego añadimos el jamón que también se sofríe.


- Luego que este la pechuga y el jamón sofritos, se le añade la salsa bechamel (este es el relleno de los crepes)


- Para armar los crepes se coloca en el centro dos cucharadas de relleno y se envuelve como lo muestra la foto.

- Se colocan en un sartén después de envuelto y se les coloca una loncha de queso mozzarella y le espolvoreamos orégano, tapamos y dejamos gratinar por 5 minutos, listos para servir. Yo los acompañé de aguacate.
