- Sacamos la mezcla y removemos, si esta muy densa podéis echarle un poco de leche.
- Echamos la medida de un cazo extendiendo bien la mezcla. En cuanto se endurezca y el borde se pueda levantar, le damos la vuelta.
- Podéis servir con sirope de lo que más os guste, nata, fruta, etc.
Si por alguna razón os sobrara algún crepe, lo podéis calentar un poco el microondas y están igualmente buenos.
