  13. cantidad necesaria Salvado de trigo
  14. 100 ml Agua extra, si nos faltara

  1. Primero haremos un pre fermento, En el agua tibia agrega 3 cds de azúcar, la levadura, 3 cucharadas de harina, mezcla muy bien, tapa y deja reposar.
  2. Mientras molemos el anís en el molcajete (un molcajete que no usen para la salsa) también moleremos la canela, deben salir 2 cucharadas de canela, y 2 de anís una vez molidos lo reservamos.
  3. Haz un hueco en la harina agrega en la orilla la pizca de sal, el huevo al centro, el pre fermento, leche en polvo, hasta lograr una masa, (de ser necesario agrega poco a poco más agua.) amasar un rato, agrega la vainilla sigue amasando.
  4. Después se agrega la mantequilla, anís, canela que molimos, y el piloncillo, seguiremos amasando, hasta lograr que este suave lisa y llena de burbujas.
  5. Una vez lista corta las porciones que desees, yo hice 13, las boleamos y las ponemos en una charola espolvoreada con sémola, deja reposar 1 hora, tapado.
  6. Una vez que reposaron, con mucho cuidado agarra las bolitas, voltealas pásalas a la charola previamente engrasada, deja reposar 15-20 min y hornea 180 grados, hasta que doren, saca y deja enfriar en una rejilla, y listo.
